The interplay between knowledge sharing and alliances is obvious. Connecting different organisations with one another brings in the opportunity to learn from the practices, or share own practices with the partner. A research topic about knowledge sharing mechanisms in alliances therefore is not rocket science.

However, diving deeper in the topic I discover that there is a lot more to write and research than on first sight seems to be.
